You may return books within two weeks of receipt in their original condition and we will credit your account for the full amount of the title.
Please include your packing slip with the return.

Please note:
Shipping charges are not refundable.
We do not accept returns on orders for books in quantities of 10 or more of the same title.
DVDs are not returnable except if demonstrably defective. In such a case, you may request a replacement of the same title, or a credit to your account for the full purchase price.
All sales are final on discounted or promotional items, and may not be returned.
